Investor Workflow Automation for US REIT

A US-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) faced significant operational challenges with their investor onboarding process. Their website featured an embedded investment form, but this form was developed by a third-party using the Angular framework. This created a critical hurdle: there was no easy or secure way to capture user submissions directly from this external form and integrate them into their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This manual process led to several critical issues:
