Streitwise, a US-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), faced a critical challenge in managing sensitive investor data. They relied on the Securitize API as a primary source for investor information, but the process of transferring this data to their internal Google Sheets for analysis and reporting was entirely manual.
